Karolina była na wykładzie “The future of nanomedicine”, Hania “What studying corvids tell us about cognition”, a Asia na wydziale matematyki i computer science - każda zgodnie z zainteresowaniami. Każda była sama, bez Pani Joli, jak prawdziwa studentka.

“The future of nanomedicine” Professor Ljiljana Fruk as she shares how her research group is exploring the potential of nanotechnology to change the way we understand and treat disease. Her talk will look ahead to a future where medicine and engineering meet at the smallest scales, revealing how materials designed at the nanoscale could interact with the body to diagnose, repair and restore.

“What studying corvids tell us about cognition”

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we think about cognition, but problem-solving and learning are not exclusive to machines or humans. Corvids – members of the crow family – are renowned for their remarkable cognitive abilities, including tool use, memory and social reasoning.

Zobaczyły inną stronę University of Cambridge – tę  nowoczesną architektonicznie, bo tu wszędzie jest najbardziej innowacyjnie na świecie przecież.

I na własne oczy zobaczyły słynne drzewo Newtona tuż przy Trinity College, w którym studiował ( BTW najlepsza matma na świecie!)
